By making a pre order through our website you are agreeing to our pre-order terms and conditions, these can be found below Pre-order Terms and Conditions These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placement of pre-orders (“Pre-order”) with Assassin Goods Limited. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Assassin Goods' Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Pre-Order Reservation

When placing a Pre-order for Assassin Goods products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and other billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Assassin Goods shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You acknowledge and agree that Assassin Goods may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it may be appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.

2. Price & Payment

You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are: (1) Bank Transfers; (2) Credit Card Payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), and others listed on the site (may vary depending on time of purchase). For orders within England, Scotland or Wales, all fees will be paid at checkout, however, orders from outside England, Scotland or Wales, the purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, these fees are Buyer's responsibility.

3. Priority

Assassin Goods will build/ship Products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the Terms, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list.

4. Delivery Schedule

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Assassin Goods does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Assassin Goods is not responsible for any damages/fees that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays unless it is more than 6 months after your order date. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedules. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in Section 5 below.

5. Cancellation

Buyer or Seller may cancel this reservation by terminating the Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that your Product is ready for delivery. If you do so prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price without interest and subject to the administration charge. If Assassin Goods cancels your reservation you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest. To cancel the Pre-order, there is an administrative charge of £50.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Assassin Goods be held liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement. In the event that Assassin Goods is held liable for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the full refund of your purchase price without interest.

7. Customer Information

We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

8. Change to the “Terms”

Assassin Goods reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your reservation as described in Section 5 above.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
