Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Stealth Equipment of their decision by email to info@stealthequipment.co.uk, clearly stating the order number.

2. Conditions for Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and items supplied with the order.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • The product must be returned to the address indicated in section 6.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in the cases outlined in section 4.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, and provided it meets the conditions above, a refund will be issued using the original method of payment.

The refund will include the cost of the product and the standard outbound shipping fee.

The maximum period for issuing the refund shall be 14 calendar days from the date the customer notifies their decision to withdraw. However, Stealth Equipment reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

4. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If the product is found to be defective or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the customer must contact Stealth Equipment via info@stealthequipment.co.uk, stating the order number and describing the issue.

In such cases, Stealth Equipment will bear all return shipping costs and will offer, as appropriate, a repair, replacement, or full refund, in accordance with applicable legislation.

5. Exchanges

If the customer wishes to exchange a product (for example, for a different model or variant), they must contact our team in advance via info@stealthequipment.co.uk, and the appropriate procedure will be communicated.

Returns or Defective Products

  • Used items or items with external sprays are not accepted.

  • Legal rights not affected.

Cancellations

  • Non-pre-order orders: cancellation up to 14 days from receipt.

  • Before shipping: contact by phone.

  • After shipment: follow the returns procedure; customer responsible for costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Provide photo or video evidence.

  • Signature of delivery note as “damaged”.

  • Defective items: Clean and dry before shipping.

Partial refund voids warranty on the issue.
